The Buyer refers to the individual or entity purchasing products from the webshop. The Agreement refers to the contract between the Seller and the Buyer regarding the purchase of products.

Article 2 – Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements between the Seller and the Buyer, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. By placing an order, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.

Article 3 – Offers and Agreements

All offers by the Seller are non-binding and subject to availability. An agreement is concluded when the Seller confirms the Buyer’s order in writing or electronically.

Article 4 – Prices and Payment

All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering, unless a different payment arrangement has been agreed upon.

Article 8 – Force Majeure

The Seller is not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or supplier issues.

Article 9 – Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from the agreement will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
